La Grange Tiphaine, Touraine ”Côt Vielles Vignes” 75cl

The cuvée Côt Vieilles Vignes is produced from hundred-year-old vines; it is vinified in concrete vats then raised for 9 months (50% of the harvest) a in oval vats and 225-litre casks (the other half). It is characterised by its purity, floral notes, and depth. Perfect with a nice piece of tender red meat.

Coralie and Damien Delecheneau took over the family estate in 2002 and are now writing new pages in its long history. Trying to stay as true as possible to the particularities of their vineyards in Montlouis and Touraine-Amboise, they chose organic farming for their 10 hectares of vines as the means to respect their land and let the grapes express themselves.

A few must haves
