"Epinays" is a single vineyard with an annual production of only 3000 bottles. The first vintage was in 2015. Fermentation and ageing for 15 months in old oak barrels. The wine is then transferred into vats for 3 months.
Coralie and Damien Delecheneau took over the family estate in 2002 and are now writing new pages in its long history. Trying to stay as true as possible to the particularities of their vineyards in Montlouis and Touraine-Amboise, they chose organic farming for their 10 hectares of vines as the means to respect their land and let the grapes express themselves.
