Grapes are hand harvested a bit later (beginning of October) to achieve a higher sugar concentration. Fermentation and ageing in old barrel.

Coralie and Damien Delecheneau took over the family estate in 2002 and are now writing new pages in its long history. Trying to stay as true as possible to the particularities of their vineyards in Montlouis and Touraine-Amboise, they chose organic farming for their 10 hectares of vines as the means to respect their land and let the grapes express themselves.
