Wine Pantry’s Order Delivery & Collection Terms and Conditions
Thank you for ordering from winepantry.co.uk. We have pretty standard delivery terms and conditions but so there’s no confusion, please read the below. We hope this answers any queries about the delivery or collection but if not, do not hesitate to contact us in store on: 0203 751 9410
Our delivery costs are at fixed rates within the UK.
1-6 items: £8.50;
7-12 items: £9.99;
All orders over £150 are free within the UK
Orders of more than 60 items will require special bespoke rate. Please contact us directly for larger orders: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be aware that timescales for delivery and delivery charges may vary and are dependent on stock availability and delivery address. Extra delivery time should be expected for customers in the Scottish Highlands and Islands and outside of the UK. For delivery outside the UK or to Scotland please contact us directly.
We will give you an estimate date and time for delivery as much as the delivery method will allow, when the order is made. There will be variance as a result of events beyond our control. “Events beyond our control” are things such as unforeseen stock shortages from our suppliers, extreme weather or absent staff members resulting in delayed deliveries.
Completion of Order:
In the event that we are not able to deliver the whole order at one time due to a shortage of stock, we can deliver your order in installments as and when they become available. We will not charge the extra delivery costs for this. Please be aware that in this event, if items are delivered at separate times, the order constitutes one order and therefore cannot be stopped or cancelled.
Ownership of the goods is transferred to the customer upon receipt of payment in full for the entire order unless otherwise agreed. In the event that we receive only partial payment, we, at our discretion may either transfer ownership of goods of a value equal to the partial payment, or (b) return the partial payment to the you.
Goods will be your responsibility from completion of delivery or from collection. Delivery is “completed” once received at the address provided or collected from us in store.
If you have requested to collect your order from The English Wine and Spirits Company, 8 Devonshire Row, London, EC2M 4RH, please do so during shop opening hours as specified on our website. Calling ahead to the shop is also advisable but not essential.
