Tasting Note
Winner of bronze and silver medals at the 2011 Decanter World Wine Awards and UKVA respectively, Peter Hall’s Cuvée Francine takes Breaky Bottom’s signature Seyval Blanc style and adds some Champenois flair, with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Bright and flashing in the glass, the nose is savoury and smoky, with sweet yet tangy orchard pears and apples. A creamy mousse accompanies brisk acidity, which gives way to dessert apple, hints of white blossom and crumbly oatcake on the palate.
